Floating Island from Palmer House Cook Book

Floating Island from Palmer House Cook Book: Talk about glamorous calories!

Of course we have the cookbook. In fact, we have two copies. See it here: https://vintagecookbook.com/product/palmer-house-cook-book/

Palmer House Cook Book, by Ernest E. Amiet. Stated first John Willy edition, published in 1940 by John Willy, Inc., Chicago. Hard cover, 318 pages. Originally published in 1933. The subtitle is, “1044 Original Recipes for Home Use” and this book is emphatically that! Amiet created and tested the recipes, as the executive chef at the Palmer House, Chicago, the hotel that was Chicago’s symbol of elegance for decades, as it continues to be. This book is in excellent vintage condition. Binding is tight. Pages are clean and clear.
