The subtitle is, “1044 Original Recipes for Home Use” and this book is emphatically that! Amiet created and tested the recipes, as the executive chef at the Palmer House, Chicago, the hotel that was Chicago’s symbol of elegance for decades, as it continues to be. This book is in mint condition. Hard back cover is perfect. Binding is tight. Pages are clean and clear. No dust jacket. This book looks like you just pulled it off the shelf at Barnes and Noble. Definitely gift quality!
