This is a hard copy with beautifully embossed cover, with an African American woman in scarf and apron stirring a mixing bowl. Dust jacket has minor shelf wear, now encased in Mylar. 438 pages. Clay coated pages. Cover and pages all in excellent condition–as if new condition, in fact! We’re going to have the Rice Waffles on Christmas morning.
