Published by J.G. Ferguson Publishing Company, Chicago. Hard covers. 1699 pages. (You can see why they divided it up into two volumes.) Both volumes have slight shelf wear, particularly on the spine covers. Inside, both books are in excellent condition, nearly fine. The pages are perfect. A classic cookbook with practical chapters on topics like “Buying Staples” and comparisons between eggs and apples.
