Dust jacket is in very good condition, with a couple of small dings. 80 pages printed on clay-coated paper with large, full-color photographs. This cookbook includes a chapter on desserts, not often included in Cajun or Creole cookbooks, featuring exotic liqueurs. They include iced Amaretto mousses, sweet potato pie with Southern Comfort, Sazerac cream pie, glace Absinthe, stuffed nectarines with Southern Comfort, chocolate bourbon balls, and bourbon bread pudding.
