Yes, we have the booklet. See it here: Gebhardt’s Mexican Cookery for American Homes, 1932. A Booklet
Gebhardt’s Mexican Cookery for American Homes, 1932: This is a 35-page booklet published independently by Gebhardt’s of San Antonio, the manufacturer of Eagle tamales, chili con carni, Mexican style beans, chili powder, and deviled sandwich spread pate. It speaks to “a new vogue with American housewives . . . It’s Full of Intriguing Possibilities.” Filled with recipes like Shrimp Louisiane, Chili Con Carne, Mexican Chicken, Hot Tamale Pie, Tamales with Chili, Chili and Rice Cones, and Mexican Omelet. It also has unusual recipes for parties, and menus for Mexican meals. The booklet is not perfect. There’s a chuck torn off the back cover, and the cover shows shelf wear. The pages are all clean and the recipes are all legible.
