Wise and Co., Inc., New York. Hard cover with 1329 pages. Numbered 1508. Information, including recipes, definitions, instructions, line drawings, etc., is arranged alphabetically. This first edition is in excellent vintage condition. The embossed cover has some shelf wear. The front hinge is weak, but holding. (Marked down from $80.00.)
