Olivia’s, Southeast Alaska: Olivia’s at the Skagway Inn, in the Alaskan village of Skagway, the Gateway to the Yukon. The Inn was originally a brothel, then a boarding house, a family residence, and an Inn with 12 rooms. Olivia’s recipes are strong on soups, salads, appetizers, seafood and other main courses. This cookbook has very heavy hardboard covers, a spiral binding, and 191 pages. Published in 2000. Mint condition. Never used. Signed by the author.
