They are not only for sweet things or desserts. The book includes recipes for main dishes like spanakopita, Greek-Style Yogurt, souffles, and Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza with Sausage. Entire book is in mint condition. Obviously never used. As-if brand new. (I really shouldn’t do this work when I am hungry. That pizza recipe really got me.)
