Beginning in 1970, this book would be published as Volume One, since–in 1970–Volume Two was printed. Hard cover, 726 pages. (Marked down from $98.00.) No dust jacket. Cover has some shelf wear and the spine is faded. Pages are nearly all completely clean and clear.
