This copy has a tiny bit of shelf wear at the base of the spine cover and along the bottom of the cover. Binding is perfect. Hinges are perfect. Pages are universally lightly tanned at the edges, but clean and clear. This book was never used. Perfectly “antique.” Rector was director of The Milwaukee Road’s department of cuisine, making this a cookbook for the cookbook collector AND the rail fan!
