This copy was published in 1962.    The 1962 edition was a minor revision of the 1953 edition.  This copy is a stated first edition, first printing copy from that edition.  Five-ring binder.  400 pages. Near-mint condition. Tabbed dividers aren’t even bent! Cover and pages are all completely clean.   Pages nearly untouched.  This copy of one of the most famous American cookbooks in nearly as-if-new condition. Hinges are perfect. Some very light shelf wear along the bottom edges. Absolutely gift quality, especially if the recipient is a great friend or loved one!
