From Our House to Yours, Steve Gunderson, Member of Congress, Wisconsin’s Third District, 1980.  No date.  Published sometime after 1984.  Authorized and paid for by Friends and Neighbors of Steve Gunderson, Osseo, Wisconsin.  144 pages.  Cover has lots of shelf wear.  Pages are all clean and clear.  Plastic comb binding in excellent condition.

Gunderson’s preface to this cookbook says, “Since my first Assembly campaign in 1974, we have given out recipe cards at parades and celebrations, and it is clear to me after this year’s experience that no information or 800 number can replace the appeal of a recipe from one of Western Wisconsin’s best cooks.”  In the cookbook, he published all of the recipes on the cards, plus more.  Includes recipes from that era’s prominent Republican politicians.  See our recipes section, here: https://vintagecookbook.com/recipes/
