Cover title is Stephenson’s Old Apple Farm Receipts, but we go with the title page title.) Comfort food before there was comfort food! Stephenson’s Apple Farm Restaurant was at the corner of 40 Highway and Lee’s Summit Road, on the Stephenson family orchard grounds outside of Kansas City, Missouri. Plastic comb binding. Small booklet. 50 pages. Excellent vintage condition. Some shelf wear and minor staining. Binding is firm and pages are mostly clean and clear.

This is a very difficult cookbook to find. There’s another one, Stephenson’s Restaurants Receipts: Old Family Secret Recipes, that’s rather difficult to find, but MUCH easier than this one with the picture of the farm on the cover. In 25 years of selling old cookbooks, we’ve had probably six copies of Stephenson’s Restaurants Receipts. This is our first ever copy of Stephenson’s Apple Farm Restaurant Receipts.
