All New Purity Cook Book, 2001: A publication of Purity Flour Mills, Limited, with its head office in Toronto, Canada. First published in 1932, Purity Cook Book was was revised in 1937 and again in 1945. This copy is from the 2001 completely revised edition. Paper back cover and metal comb binder.  219 pages plus index.  This copy has a lot of shelf wear on the cover, including a 2″ tear  in the spine cover. Binding is strong,  Most pages are clean and clear.  A few have light stains.  Definitely a cookbook to be used.
