Apricot Soup from Rose Baboian’s Armenian-American Cook Book, 1964:
Yes, we have the cookbook. See it here: Rose Baboian’s Armenian-American Cook Book: Simplified Armenian Near East Recipes, 1964
Rose Baboian’s Armenian-American Cook Book: Simplified Armenian Near East Recipes, 1964: Absolutely as-if-new cookbook that was self published by Rose Baboian in 1964. One of the most professional of the self-published cookbooks, it is the product of an Armenian immigrant who came to live in the United States, took a variety of course work including writing courses, then successfully published a highly polished cookbook. This perfect copy is from the ninth printing, no date given. Hard cover book with 292 pages, plus index.
This cookbook is going to take some deciphering. Baboian sprinkles the recipes with Armenian terms for ingredients (like “dzedradz” for pearl barley.) But, with the 21st century’s Google available for immediate translation, you shouldn’t have any trouble.
Again, this cookbook is in as-if-new condition. It is perfect.
