James Beard Cookbook, 1959, 1961, As-If-New Condition: First published in 1959 by E. P. Dutton & Co., Inc., New York. This copy from the 1961 with additional drawings by Luiz Woods. Written in collaboration with Isabel E. Callvert. 456 pages. Dust jacket is in excellent vintage condition, with minor chips and tiny tears. Book is in absolutely as-if-new condition. Pages completely clean and clear. Binding and hinges are perfect. This cookbook was never used. Definitely gift quality.
