Jackson Hole a la Carte, 1968, Later Printing, Jackson Hole Alliance for Responsible Planning:  Subtitled, “Fabulous Food for Sharing with Friends,” this cookbook is full of recipes useful in entertaining.  Card board cover with plastic comb binding and 126 pages.  Edited by Jane T. Camenzind, with illustrations by Eliza Chrystie.  Fundraising cookbook for the Jackson Hole Alliance for Responsible Planning and published by that group in 1986.  This copy is from a later printing.  It is in as-if-new condition.  All the recipes have high altitude modifications, if needed.  Most of the recipes have suggestions have suggestions for transporting the dish to another location, the better for serving at pot lucks.  I copied MANY of the appetizer recipes!  Many interesting spicy dishes!
