Collection of Soups, 1995, Greg Thompson:  43-page privately published booklet with soup recipes by Greg Thompson.  He doesn’t say where he was a chef, but he does say “Five years of the staff coming in to my kitchen . . .”  Booklet is a Woodlands Production, Woodlands, Mikana, Wisconsin.  Published in 1995.  Paper cover with lovely deckle-edge paper for the recipes.  All of the classic soups are here, like chicken noodle, cream of potato, and old fashioned split pea with ham.  Booklet is in almost as-if-new condition.  Corners of the booklet cover are slightly rounded.  Pages are completely clean and clear.  Stapled binding is completely firm.  Presumed first edition, first printing.  Rare.
