Wise and Co., Inc., New York. Hard cover with 1329 pages. This copy from a later printing. Information, including recipes, definitions, instructions, line drawings, etc., is arranged alphabetically. This copy edition is in excellent vintage condition. The embossed cover is darkened and has some general wear. The binding and spine cover are in excellent condition. Hinges exposed, but holding. Clay-coated pages are all clean and clear. The later printing copies are not thumb indexed.
