1955 Good Housekeeping Cook Book: Good Housekeeping Cook Book, the Complete Basic Cook Book. Edited by Dorothy B. Marsh. New York: Good Housekeeping, 1955 edition, 1957 printing. Great cookbook with many full-color illustrations, diagrams, and instructions. Excellent index. 760 pp. Book in as-if-new condition. ALL pages are completely clean and clear. Binding is in great shape. The smart original owner of this volume covered the dust jacket with plastic. The dust jacket has minor problems, but it is now safely encased in Mylar. The book has clearly never been used. Definitely gift quality.
