Betty Crocker’s Cookbook, 1969: Pristine binder edition of the 1969 Betty Crocker’s Cook Book, later printing. This is called the Betty Crocker “red pie” cookbook, for obvious reasons. Published by General Mills, Minneapolis. 480 pp. As close to mint as you’ll ever find! Tiny bit of shelf wear on the cover. Pages are completely clean and clear. Not even a spot on the chocolate chip cookie recipe. (That’s the first place I check for a cookbook’s condition.) The tabs on the divider pages are pristine! Original owner’s name written on the front page. Other than that, this cookbook was never used.
