Purity Cook Book, 1932: A publication of the Western Canada Flour Mills Co. Limited, Head Office Toronto,Canada, Millers of Purity Flour, Purity Oats and Hovis Flour. I believe the Purity Cook Book was first published in 1923. This copy was published in 1932, before Purity Cook Book was revised in 1937 and again in 1945. Paperback. 208 pages, including some full-color illustrations. Cover and binding have been mended with clear librarian’s tape. Some pages have spots. Binding is strong. Definitely a cook’s copy.
