Published by Contemporary Books, Inc., Chicago, in 1988. “Frango” was the premium mint chocolate sold by the department stores beginning in the 1930s. It was also used in the Field’s restaurants very fancy desserts. This cookbook has the recipes for many of those fancy desserts–along with fabulous photographs of them. It also has the true history of Frango chocolates.
