Published by The Phelps Publishing Company, Springfield, Mass. A tall, narrow cookbook with 320 pages. Every other page in the cookbook is a blank one, labeled Memoranda, and the original owner of this cookbook carefully added many recipes on these blank pages.  Several pages of photographs at the front of the book. This copy of the cookbook is fragile.  The seams on the cover are weak, but holding as are the inside hinges.  Binding is also holding, but you will want to be careful when reading the book.  Pages are clean and clear, and all the recipes are here!
