Hard cover with no dust jacket. 1256 pages. Introduction by Oscar of the Waldorf-Astoria. Excellent vintage condition. Cover shows some shelf wear. Pages are spotless. Binding is perfect. Front hinge is perfect. Back hinge is partly exposed and has been reinforced with clear librarian’s tape.
