Description

E Pluribus Onion: Collection of Recipes the Latin School of Chicago, 1976. First Edition, First Printing. As-If-New.: This is a big cookbook compiled by the Latin School of Chicago’s Parent’s Council, Chicago, Illinois. All the proceeds benefit the Latin School. The cookbook was printed by Heitman Printing Company, Lake Forest, Illinois. It has 299 pages, all of them clean and clear and all of them printed on heavy card stock, not on plain paper. The plastic comb binding is in mint condition, as is the rest of the cookbook.

As you might expect from a relatively sophisticated group of parents, the recipes are international in scope. They include appetizers; soups, salads, salad dressings and sauces; entrees; vegetables, noodles, potatoes and rice; breads, muffins, coffee cakes and cookies; cakes, pies and desserts; quick and easy recipes; and a wonderful, detailed and organized index arranged by dish. This cookbook is in as-if-new condition.
