So, the contents range from Absinthe to Woodcock. Hardcover book with red linen covered boards. 186 pages plus blank pages for recipes and two pages of advertising for the John Willy catalogue. This cookbook is in excellent antique condition. The cover has shelf wear, with worn corners and edges. Binding is tight and strong. Pages are completely clean and clear.
