This is a great cookbook especially strong on grouper recipes, creative grits recipes (blue cheese grits?,) and seafood recipes in general, of course. Has an entire chapter on brunch recipes, as well as menus (with recipes) for local holidays like Coastal Winter Gala, Clearwater Jazz Holiday, and Sponge Docks Celebration.
