(You’d think there would be a better name for a group of hard-working volunteer ladies.) Nearly mint condition with a heavy cardboard cover. A great deal of the space is taken up by local advertising for establishments like Barber’s Best Ice Cream and American Laundry “The Good Family Laundry.” The cookbook has twenty-three elegant-sounding luncheon menus and the recipes for each one. The book’s cover has a few light smudges. Pages are clean and clear. Stapled binding is perfect.
