Victorian Tea Room, 1991, Warm Springs, Georgia, First Edition, First Printing. By tea room owners June Jones and Oscar Rumsey. Excellent vintage condition. 174 pages. The cover has minor shelf wear. The plastic comb binding is perfect. Every page is clean and clear. This is more a general cookbook that just a tea room cookbook, with recipes are for appetizers, beverages, breads, soups and stews, meats and meat casseroles, poultry, seafood and seafood casseroles, vegetables, vegetable casseroles and fruits, salads, sauces, and sweets.

Warm Springs, Georgia, is the place where President Franklin D. Roosevelt went in 1994 after he was diagnosed with infantile paralysis in 1921. He built a foundation there, for treatment of other polio patients, as well as a vacation retreat, the Little White House. Roosevelt died at Warm Springs on April 12, 1945.
