The subtitle reads: Tested Recipes Contributed by Ladies of Owens Valley and Published by Saint Paul’s Guild, of Bishop, California. Printed by Invo Register Print, Bishop, Cal., 1919. Includes recipes for breads, beverages, cakes and frostings, candies, creams and frozen desserts, fish, jellies, meats, pastries, pies, doughnuts, and cookies, puddings, relishes, soups, sandwiches, salads and salad dressings, and vegetables. The cover of this book is cardboard covered in oil cloth. The cover has some stains. The binding is firm, the hinges are perfect. Every page is completely clean and clear.
There is no other copy of this cookbook on the Internet. Quite rare.
