Hard cover or boards in red with gilt lettering. 6 1/4″ high by 4 1/4″ wide. 125 pages, with sixteen pages of canape, liquid hors d’oeuvres, sandwiches and fillings, and rarebits and chafing dish recipes. Four pages are about wines and wines with food, and the remaining pages are about cocktails, including serving instructions. Excellent vintage condition. Hinges are in good condition. Pages are clean and clear. Shelf wear on cover. A newspaper clipping with an eggnogg recipe is pasted to one of the blank pages at the back.
