The book features a full range of unusual recipes from the ’21’ menu, historical photographs, cartoons from many periodicals, the restaurant’s history in text, fascinating asides (such as on the advent of expense account dining or the story behind the restaurant’s many Remingtons,) and brilliant food photography. Close to mint condition. Former library book with all the normal library markings. This library’s patrons must have been exceedingly tidy, though, because the pages are all clean and clear, the binding is perfect, and the dust jacket is safely encased in Mylar.
