Rainbow Farm Cookbook, 1973, Lynn Andersen: Oversized cookbook published as a first edition, first printing with a paperback cover. Published by Harper & Row, Publishers, New York. 222 pages. Cover has some shelf wear and staining. Pages are all clean and clear. I don’t think this cookbook was ever used. Both in form and in substance, this cookbook is a precursor to the much more famous Moosewood Cookbook, published in 1977.
