Lyme’s Own Cook Book, Lyme, Connecticut, 1933. Pamphlet in excellent antique condition. First Congregational Church, Ladies’ Benevolent Society. Depression-era recipes from Lyme, Connecticut. 42-page booklet with 132 favorite recipes contributed by members and friends. Plus six blank pages for “My Own Favorites.” Each recipe includes the contributor’s name. Printed by Prince Publishing Co., Southington, Conn. Paper cover with shelf wear and a stain on the upper right corner. Stapled binding is wearing out the the fold in the cover. Pages have rounded corners, but all are clear and clean.

Rare, difficult-to-find cookbook.
