Cooking in Switzerland: Very attractive cookbook with a heavy fabric cover over the hardback front and back. No dust cover, by design. Published by Wolfgang Holker, West Germany, 1984. Recipes collected, recorded and tested by Marianne Haltenbach. 160 pages of wonderful European recipes. This book was intentionally “aged.” That is, there are fake spots on the pages, fake smudges here and there, etc. First edition, first printing. Fine condition. Absolutely pristine! Definitely gift quality.
