Chan-ese Way: Selected Chinese Recipes from the Successful TV Series, 1975. Cookbook written by Titus Chan from his PBS series in 1973, produced by KHET-TV in Honolulu. Chan emphasizes Cantonese dishes and includes chapters on using the wok, ordering Chinese food, using chopsticks, Chinese tea and wine, and the theory and development of Chinese cuisine.

Hard cover book with dust jacket published by Reston Publishing Company, Inc., A Prentice-Hall Company, Reston, Virginia in 1975. First edition, first printing. Dust jacket is a mess. Book is in mint condition.
