Cover is in excellent antique condition, with some shelf wear, especially on the corners and at the top and bottom of the spine cover. Binding is firm. Cookbook is in excellent antique condition.

Metzelthin provides an elaborate menu for each country and/or region she covers, then gives the recipes that a cook needs to duplicate the menu.
