Wise and Co., Inc., New York. Hard cover with 1329 pages.  First edition, first printing.   Information, including recipes, definitions, instructions, line drawings, etc., is arranged alphabetically. This first edition is in excellent vintage condition. The embossed cover is  in excellent condition.   Clay-coated pages are all clean and clear, but a bit wrinkled from water stains. Hinges are loose, but holding. No dust jacket.
