Stated first edition, first printing of this revised edition. Extremely comprehensive including sections on “stretching the dollar,” “The Family Hostess’ Creed,” food values, etc. Hard cover book. 938 pp. Without dust jacket. Book is a cook’s copy in excellent vintage condition. Pages are all clean and clear. Binding is perfect. Back hinge is exposed but holding, and it has been mended with clear librarian’s tape. The entire cover has been protected with clear tape. Price reflects condition.
