Maren’s Pine Tavern Menus and Recipes, 1959, Bend, Oregon:  Cookbook with the subtitle, A Collection of Pine Tavern Favorites Adapted for Home Kitchens.  Written and compiled by Maren Gribskov and Eileen Donaldson.  Self-published in 1959.  Cookbook in excellent vintage condition.  Cover has a modest amount of shelf wear.  Pages are completely clean and clear, with the exception of a comment written on the ham and asparagus roll recipe.

These recipes all sound delicious.  The breakfast recipes alone are worth the price of the cookbook.  I’m going to copy them all before sending the cookbook to you.  Just think, Maren Gribskov started the Pine Tavern in 1919!
