Good Bread How to Make It, Nellie Duling Gans, Chicago Cooking College. No date. 28-page booklet with no date advertising a product called Yeast Foam. 14 pages are full color lithographs, pictures of various bread products, each one delicately colored. Booklet measures 6″ high by 3 1/2″ wide. Green, heather colored paper cover has very little shelf wear, but it is missing a 1/2″ lower left corner. Cover is beautifully embossed. Stapled binding is in excellent condition. Pages are completely clean and clear. Cover seam has been reinforced with transparent librarian’s tape.
