Taken from the Delineator Cook Book by the Culinary Arts Institute. Published for Culinary Arts Institute by Consolidated Book Publishers, Inc., Chicago, in 1941. Cover is sort of a mess. Spine cover has serious shelf wear. Binding is solid. Back hinge has been mended with clear librarian’s tape. All pages are clean and clear. Price reflects condition.
