Elsie Lee’s Book of Simple Gourmet Cookery: Cookbook written by a seasoned cookbook author that may be one of the most underrated cookbooks I’ve read. Although it must have been appreciated when it was published, because the author wrote and published sequel, The Second Easy Gourmet Cookbook.

Written by Elsie Lee and published in 1971 by Arbor House, New York. Hard cover without dust jacket. 306 pages. Excellent vintage condition. Cover has a bit of shelf wear. Pages and binding are in perfect condition.
