Louise’s Florida Cook Book, 1968 written by Louise Lamme.  First published in 1968, it’s subtitle was “Both ‘Old-Timey’ and Modern Dishes Including Seminole Indian Recipes.”  Lamme must have gotten a little more sophisticated by 1978 when she published this cookbook, but the text is the same chatty, opinionated (in the best possible way,) definite recipes, all for fish or dishes to accompany fish, like hushpuppies or grits.  This copy is a first edition, from the 1978 tenth printing.  Paper covers.  47 pages.  Illustrations are by Louise’s husband, Bob.  Near mint condition.  (There are recipes for dolphin.)
