Description
Tabitha Cook Book, 1925, St. James Lutheran, Shawno, Wisconsin: Cookbook with a paper cover and 127 pages. Its clearly marked “Reprinted in 1925,” but I can’t find the original date of publication. Stapled binding is firm. Cover has shelf wear and many pages have small stains and marks. Some recipes are written on the back fly leaf.
This cookbook was compiled by members of the Tabitha Society of St. James Lutheran Church, in Shawno, Wisconsin. Recipes are for breads, cakes, candies, cookies, doughnuts, desserts, dumplings eggs, jams, meats, pickles, pies, salads, sandwiches, sherbets, soups, and and vegetables.
