Memphis Cookbook: You’ve got to admire the Memphis Junior League for NOT coming up with one of those cute names for their cookbook. Their cookbook is just The Memphis Cook Book, first published in 1952. Then they published the anniversary edition in 1972. THIS copy is from that 17th anniversary printing. The cookbook was proclaimed the “Official City of Memphis Book” in 1988. Card board cover with plastic comb binding. 259 pages. This copy is in excellent condition. The cover has some wear and spots. Pages are completely clean. Binding is perfect. Great gift!
