First published in 1949, this copy is from the seventh printing, 1953. Hard cover with NO dust jacket. 500 pages. Book hasn’t really been opened. I think someone used the cheesecake recipe, but that’s it. The cover has lots of shelf wear, but the pages are clear and clean. The front hinge has been reinforced with clear librarian’s tape. The binding is firm.
