Of the 106 pages in this book, 64 pages are completely devoted to seafood, with recipes for crab, fish, oysters, scallops, and shrimp. Since the photos in the book show that Delmar’s was a cafeteria style restaurant, it makes sense that many of these recipes are for serve yourself type dishes. There are many, many seafood casserole recipes, plus dishes like crab-stuffed baked potato and red fish stew. If you are looking for seafood recipes, you will be very happy with this cookbook.
